"We bought our laptops from them for…"
We bought our laptops from them for years. Then in Dec 2022 we sent a laptop back for repair. Which they said would only take 3-days to a week. It ended up taking close to 3 months and to make things worse the 2TB nvme was replaced with a 1TB nvme. Support hasn't replaced the drive or provided any explanation. I also emailed their management but got no response. I guess they don't care.

Dear XOTICPC,

Thank you. I wish customers wouldn't have to resort to posting here or any other forums to get your attention. We really needed that laptop to be provisioned for a user. It's been 3 weeks since I reported this issue. And all we got from support was something like "we are investigating..."

"It all started over 5 years ago when I…"
It all started over 5 years ago when I bought my first laptop from xoticpc.com when i was an over the road truck driver. The customer service is by far the best I've experienced and since then have bought 2 laptops for both my daughters and have referred my wife's Aunt who bought a desktop computer for her grandson on Christmas a couple years ago. I just now bought another laptop and am thrilled that xoticpc.com not only had it, but the checkout process from back when I originally purchased my first laptop has gotten better. Keep up the awesome work xotic!

"Good Experience so far"
Customizable options for the laptop are plenty which is appreciated. Ordering was straightforward and easy. I did not see a clear expected date of ship on order or receipt, however when I reached out to ask I received a reply almost immediately.

"Computer is still not working…"
Computer is still not working correctly, I've been in contact with Jeff and he still refuse to fix what is wrong. He keeps trying to say it's not the computer, that it's other things wrong. Never had the issue that I'm having since they worked on the first time and the second time they worked on things got worse. But they refuse to fix it. Stay away from xotic pc.

"Wasted 3000$.Fraud. Worst store ever. Scam"
Wasted 3000$. Bought a laptop 2756$ here. Waited for three months to get laptop.Order 177237280. I returned the laptop to the store. Store provided a label for it, but I paid for it 88$. I have asked them if it insured. Store said "yes". But UPS lost it on the way back to the store. It`s not my responsibility to deliver the package. It`s UPS`s responsibility, not mine. UPS lost it, not me.I dropped it. UPS lost the package. Store refused to resolve the problem. They told me to contact UPS office but office saying to contact the store. So a support named Jeffrey wants me to find the package in some magic way. Never seen worse service. It`s scam and fraud, I swear.

I said, I ALREADY visited UPS office. They said they can’t find the package. I ALREADY did what xoticpc asking in comments. UPS office workers said the package is lost and I should contact the store. And the store saying I need to find the package in the office. It’s something surrealistic, like a bad dream

"Second Sager gaming laptop from XOTIC PC"
This will be my second gaming laptop purchased through XOTIC PC. My previous Sager lasted me a few months shy of a decade so I consider that a machine worth my investment. I even utilized XOTIC PC’s tech support to replace my graphics card when I fried it from thousands of hours of use and has nothing but positive experience with everyone I talked to.

Sadly, that 2014 Sager developed a new issue just a few weeks ago and after fully dismantling it and going to my local tech guy, I discovered that the only solution would be a new motherboard. Once I decided it was time for a new laptop, I did not hesitate to turn to XOTIC PC for a new Sager laptop. I am beyond excited to receive it and I even spent the extra $50 for a rush build (I’m unsure if this is worth it yet. As of now (5/3)with my order being purchased on 4/27, my laptop is only in the second overall stage (allocation & queue).
Otherwise, I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about XOTIC PC. I couldn’t recommend them enough and can’t wait for my new laptop!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at xoticpc?

“It is impossible. After a month of trying, chat never answered, never emailed back, etc. I found only way was to call sales. They answered that line on first ring. After many tries finally got through, but no help from them once I did. Read my review”

Is xoticpc a scam or a legit company?

“Scam. Sells faulty machines. I believe that when xoticpc discovers they have a broken or faulty laptop, sells the product to the consumer anyways, asking THEM to do an RMA instead of performing any quality control whatsoever”
