I was kind of expecting to wait a bit, but nope, it showed up super quick. I remember thinking, “Oh wow, that was easy.” No issues at all, which is always a nice surprise

The PC did show up when it was supposed to, so I’ll give them that. But once I checked it, the specs didn’t fully match what I ordered. The RAM was correct, but the storage upgrade I paid extra for wasn’t there, even though the paperwork still claimed it was included. Support got back to me, but now I’m the one having to pack things up and wait around to get it fixed. For a custom PC, you’d think someone would actually double-check the build before sending it out.

My XoticPC has been running really well so far, which is a relief. Games load fast, temps have stayed reasonable, and I haven’t dealt with any random crashes or weird issues. The build feels solid, and the performance is pretty much what I was hoping for. So yeah, I’m happy with it overall, just glad it’s doing what it’s supposed to

"Great customization options"
Ordered from xoticpc mostly because of how many parts you can tweak before buying. Had tons of options for RAM, storage, cooling, even smaller things like thermal paste, which was really nice. Was worried it might be confusing, but it was easy to go through. Liked being able to build something closer to what I actually needed. Price definitely climbed fast once I added upgrades, but that’s kind of expected. Overall, really happy with the customization.

XoticPC support got back to me quickly and walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense. "Financing Details Felt Too Vague"
I was pretty much ready to order from XoticPC, but the payment and financing part really turned me off. At first the options looked decent, but once I got into checkout, everything felt kind of unclear. The monthly payment info wasn’t laid out as well as I expected, and there were too many vague promises about easy financing without enough detail on what I’d actually be agreeing to. I had to stop and reread everything because I didn’t want to get hit with random fees or weird terms later. Support was fine, but for a big purchase like this, I expected the whole process to feel a lot more straightforward.

The PC did show up working, so that’s good, but the packaging really wasn’t great. The outer box had dents, and the foam inside seemed loose like it had been tossed around or not packed carefully. For the price I paid, I expected a lot better. I was nervous opening it because it felt like no one handled it with much care during shipping

"Runs Cool, Unlike My Old Toaster"
Got my laptop from XoticPC a few weeks ago, the thermals have been damn solid. The fans definitely get loud when I’m gaming, but the temps stay way lower than my old piece-of-junk laptop ever managed. No random throttling or stupid heat issues so far. I went with the thermal paste upgrade, and it actually seems worth it. Overall, I’m happy with how this thing handles heat.

"Warranty repair took a bit, but got done"
I had to send my laptop in for a warranty repair, and honestly... it took a little longer than I was hoping. That said, they did fix the issue, and they kept me updated enough along the way, so I wasn’t totally left wondering what was going on.

They do have a bunch of prebuilt configs to choose from, which I appreciated because it gave me a decent starting point. But some of the options weren’t explained very clearly, and the price started jumping up way faster than I expected. Like, I’m just trying to customize a setup, not solve a puzzle and watch my total climb every two clicks. I did end up finding something that worked okay for me, but it definitely took longer than it should have.

“It is impossible. After a month of trying, chat never answered, never emailed back, etc. I found only way was to call sales. They answered that line on first ring. After many tries finally got through, but no help from them once I did. Read my review”

“Scam. Sells faulty machines. I believe that when xoticpc discovers they have a broken or faulty laptop, sells the product to the consumer anyways, asking THEM to do an RMA instead of performing any quality control whatsoever”
